Its location offers excellent accessibility throughout Lipno nad Vltavou and the surrounding area.

Just 100m from the beach, snack bar, shop and first restaurant, pedal boat rental, Auquapark, children's Hopsario and harbor. Within 500m there are countless restaurants, shops, COOP market, ski slope Lipno Kramolín, bobsled track, etc. You are simply on the shores of the lake and everything is within walking distance!

In addition to great facilities for an active holiday, the apartment offers comfort and accommodation for families and groups of four to six people.

Apartment SIMI is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. From the entrance hall with closet, wardrobe and storage space is a direct entrance to the spacious living room with sofa bed and TV. The living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all other conveniences of civilization.

To eat together, you can sit at the kitchen table for six people. From the hallway there is also an entrance to the bedroom, where there is a double bed and a bunk bed. The other two beds offer one of two sofa beds in the living room. With its layout, the apartment offers comfortable facilities for six people.
